Potomac Fine Foods, LLC based in Rockville, MD manufactures, distributes and sells fresh, packaged food products. The company’s product line, Cava Mezze, is based on recipes from the popular DC-area restaurant with the same name. The company was founded in 2007 by Ted Xenohristos, Dimitri Moshovitis, and Ike Grigoropoulos – the then twenty-something owners of Cava restaurant – along with Kenny Maites and Geoff Maites, regular patrons at Cava restaurant in Rockville, with the goal of bringing the restaurant’s popular dips and spreads to a greater audience.  Cava Mezze products are grounded in a philosophy of using the highest quality ingredients, made fresh, with authentic flavor to offer a healthy alternative to traditional dips and spreads.  Cava Mezze products never use artificial additives or preservatives.
