Washingtonian Magazine - 100 Very Best Restaurants Issue

Last Wednesday we received some extremely flattering news. Washingtonian Magazine, the most respected restaurant-reviewing magazine in the DC-Metro area, released its January 2010 issue titled 100 Very Best Restaurants. Cava was named #45 in the list. That in itself is very exciting. We were named among some really great DC-area restaurants, many of which are well-established landmarks on the DC restaurant scene!
Even more flattering, however, Cava owners Dimitri Moshovitis, Ted Xenohristos, and Ike Grigoropoulos were named Washingtonian Magazine's 2010 Restauranteurs of the Year.
