Traditionally a very spicy table condiment, spread, or dip made from tomatoes and peppers, Cava’s Harissa - served with pita bread before every meal at the restaurant - is much more mild and has become a favorite of the patrons at Cava Restaurant. Serve it as a dip, along with chips or pita bread, or use it to kick up the flavor of your favorite pasta dish, salad, or sandwich.
