Tzatziki & Smoked Salmon Hors d'oeuvres

This is a very simple to make hors d’oeuvre that you can make when entertaining people in your home. Only three ingredients are required:
- Cava Mezze Tzatziki
- Smoked salmon or Lox
- Pita Bread – this can be substituted with fancy rye bread, bagel chips, or some other type of cracker.
Basically you are making a bite-sized hors d’oeuvre, by combining salmon and Cava Mezze Tzatziki on top of a cracker of some sort.
- Toast pita bread in the oven or toaster for a few minutes.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Spread a generous dollop of Cava Mezze Tzatziki onto each piece and place onto a serving platter
- Top each hors d'oeuvre with a small piece of salmon.
As an optional garnish, sprinkle fresh dill over the whole platter.
