Tzatziki & Smoked Salmon Hors d'oeuvres

This is a very simple to make hors d’oeuvre that you can make when entertaining people in your home.  Only three ingredients are required:

  • Cava Mezze Tzatziki
  • Smoked salmon or Lox
  • Pita Bread – this can be substituted with fancy rye bread, bagel chips, or some other type of cracker.

Basically you are making a bite-sized hors d’oeuvre, by combining salmon and Cava Mezze Tzatziki on top of a cracker of some sort.

  1. Toast pita bread in the oven or toaster for a few minutes.
  2. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Spread a generous dollop of Cava Mezze Tzatziki onto each piece and place onto a serving platter
  4. Top each hors d'oeuvre with a small piece of salmon.

As an optional garnish, sprinkle fresh dill over the whole platter.
