Panini with Prosciutto and Crazy Feta

Ingredients:
- Good whole grain bread or baguette (2 slices per panini)
- Prosciutto
- Sliced tomato
- Cava Mezze Crazy Feta
Directions:
- Spread Cava Mezze Crazy Feta on one side of each slice of bread.
- Add Prosciutto to one slice of bread.
- Layer on sliced tomato.
- Close the sandwich.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and put on a hot grill or sauté pan. Place a heavy pan on top of the sandwich and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
Prosciutto can be substituted for you favorite deli meat. You also might want to add arrugula or bib lettuce.
