Panini with Prosciutto and Crazy Feta

Ingredients:

  • Good whole grain bread or baguette (2 slices per panini)
  • Prosciutto
  • Sliced tomato
  • Cava Mezze Crazy Feta

Directions:

  1. Spread Cava Mezze Crazy Feta on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Add Prosciutto to one slice of bread.
  3. Layer on sliced tomato.
  4. Close the sandwich.
  5. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and put on a hot grill or sauté pan. Place a heavy pan on top of the sandwich and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.

Prosciutto can be substituted for you favorite deli meat. You also might want to add arrugula or bib lettuce.
